About Erin

Women’s health experiences can profoundly shape identity, confidence, emotional wellness, relationships, and the way we move through the world. After navigating my own experiences with infertility, pregnancy loss, and breast cancer, I became increasingly aware of how deeply life transitions and health challenges can affect a woman’s sense of self — emotionally, physically, and psychologically.
Those experiences ultimately shaped the work I do today.

I support girls and women navigating identity, confidence, emotional wellness, and change through every stage of womanhood. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and non-clinical, with a focus on helping women feel more supported, grounded, and connected to themselves during life’s most transformative seasons.

Whether navigating adolescence, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, cancer, or midlife transitions, many women quietly carry emotional burdens that are often unseen by others.

My goal is to create a supportive space where women feel understood, emotionally supported, and empowered to move through change with greater confidence and self-trust.

Those experiences ultimately led me to discover a much larger gap in women’s health education—particularly during midlife and menopause. Through my own experiences, conversations with women, and continued study, I’ve become passionate about helping women better understand what’s happening in their bodies while providing compassionate emotional support through these significant seasons.

My Philosophy

I believe women deserve support not only during moments of crisis, but throughout the emotional and identity-related transitions that accompany every stage of life.

So many women spend years caring for others, managing expectations, navigating pressure, or quietly carrying emotional weight without a space to process their own experience.

  • Support matters.
  • Emotional wellness matters.
  • And feeling connected to yourself matters.
My work is rooted in the belief that women deserve compassionate, thoughtful support as they navigate change, healing, growth, and becoming.
